Our aim is to provide you with a great service, we don’t delay orders your experience is important to us. Our delivery methods are, via courier service main city centres are via Fastway and Outbound areas via The Courier Guy. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 business working days, Note for outbound areas delivery could take up to 10-15 days depending on the payment method used and the verification thereof and delivery address. Orders are dispatched directly from South Africa, Cape Town depot. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver orders over weekends or on public holidays.
Delivery is free within 50km major city radius, e.g.Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein which includes areas Hermanus and George. Please note outbound areas Kimberley, Polokwane, Mosselbay and any areas outside a main city centre. Note: for your order to be dispatch on the day of order please ensure Order and payment is done before 12noon.
We use a reliable South African courier company that will deliver your item; you will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched from Elite Occasions Warehouse based in Cape Town.
Should you not be available at the time of your delivery we have added a calling service, the courier will leave you a calling card to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time for your item. You will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way and be provided with a tracking once dispatched from Elite Occasions. Courier deliveries are done most time in the mornings before 13h00.
Please note if your order is less than R250 an additional R50 will be charged at check-out.
Note: To avoid delays for your order dispatch, should you be outside of the 50 km radius of main city per above please select outbound area at check-out, costs R100 per checkout, should you be unsure if your area is an outbound area please send us an email to info@eliteoccasions with your delivery address and we will advise on delivery timeframe and outbound area delivery.
Only applicable to main city centres within 50km radius
We use The Courier Guy for overnight courier delivery method, all orders placed after 11am will only be delivered the following working day e.g. order on Mondays will only reach you on Wednesday morning. An additional R120 will be charged for the order, you may select this option at the time of check-out. If you do not select this option at the time of delivery we will not send the parcel via this option. Note your order will need to be placed and paid for by 11am for next day delivery. Please note for outbound areas do not select this option as delivery timeframe will be longer, please select outbound courier delivery only.
We no longer us this method for delivery. Please ensure you provide a physical address for deliveries.
Please note we will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible so you receive it within 2-5 working days subject to cleared payment, address verification, documents being received from first time customers and availability of items. Credit Card payments are processed when authorisation is received. EFT payments please send us proof of payment of the order. Your Order does expire after 12 hours should payment not be received the order will be cancelled.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will advise you via email on your tracking number so you can track your delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect your purchase after it has been dispatched. Once a parcel receipt has been signed (either by yourself or someone signing on your behalf), your purchase becomes your own responsibility. Orders made on a weekend are only dispatched the following week. Orders made before or on a public holiday are only dispatched the following working days. Ensure your delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive your wonderful item.
In the rare event of an incorrect delivery or defective product, please go to our returns page for more information and initiate a return request on your order via our system, within 3 working days of receipt of the item. We do not offer cash refunds. Please read the returns policy carefully under below.
Please also note should there be public holidays or any strike actions your item could take a little longer, but we will communicate with you and keep you informed. We cannot be held liable for the dispatch of your order in cases of natural disasters.

The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging in the way you received the item within 14 calendar days with Clothing tag still attached, we will not accept the return with the Elite Occasions Tag removed.
We will issue a refund on receipt of return order only, excluding the original delivery charge if overnight or outbound area. Elite Occasions reserves the right to affect refund based on the condition of the return and Elite Occasion clothing tag is not removed, altered or damaged. Replacement items will only be done -one per customer per order. Elite Occasions Return request must be initiated on your order via the system. See below for returns process
* Note: Elite Occasions recommends that you use Postnet to Postnet for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. The item is your responsibility until it reaches Elite Occasions returns depot. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and parcel tracking is available. The cost of returning the item to Elite Occasions is your responsibility and non-refundable. The R99 is payable to postnet.
Elite Occasions will not refund items that have been altered, damaged, repaired or show any signs of wearing. Returns due to damage can only be investigated on receipt of the item, the onus is on the client to return the item to us and Elite Occasions tag attached to item.
Due to hygiene reasons Elite Occasions will not refund or replace bodysuits, earings, swimwear or womans lingerie, underwear and corsets. Please ensure you size before ordering per the product page.
Should your purchase be faulty, damaged, incorrect item received at the time of delivery a refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected, it is the sole discretion of Elite Occasions to refund delivery costs. For damaged Lingerie we will process a store credit only.
Process your return - R99 payable to Postnet
Please log onto your account and select your order - select item you wish to return - a return request has been done on the item - a email confirmation on how to return the items will be sent via email - our system will advise you should be unable to return the item when selected, as in the case of SALE items, swimwear, underwear, lingerie, corsets. Elite Occasions will then process a request received notice, we then suggest you return the item via Postnet to Postnet, Gordons Bay Village Walk postnet, please include you return request and order number - should payment be EFT please provide banking details. Alternative method for returns please go to Pick 'n Pay, Aramex drop box and complete the form, keep the top copy of the form (this has your tracking number), place form in sleeve, garment to be placed inside of bag. Address for delivery Elite Occasions, Autogear Building, 10 Garvin Close, Gants Centre, Strand, 7140. Do not use the post office for returns.
If you have opted for quest check-out you will need to return the item via Postnet to Postnet, Gordons Bay Postnet, Village Walk, please include a note on the order number and should your payment for the order been EFT provide banking details included account type. Please check with us before returning the item if the item can be return or see below.

Vouchers / Coupon Discounts / Promotional Discounts offered
There are two types of Coupons a Fixed amount of a discount, e.g. R50 off and Coupon with a percentage discount. e.g. 20% off. Where you have used any coupon (fixed or percentage) to pay for an order in part or in full, you log a return of one or more items for a credit in according with this Policy, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the cancelled or returned items, note Elite Occasions will credit you with a store coupon to use to purchase at Elilte Occasions store. Elite Occasions may in its sole discretion impose restrictions on the use of the replacement coupon. For any subsequent cancellations or returns arising out of the same order, we will credit you with a Store Coupon, note however overnight delivery or outbound area delivery services. the amount of the delivery service will be deducted from any refund or replacement coupon. If an order was paid in part or full with store credit coupon the store credit amount will be refunded as a store credit coupon. The remaining portion will be refunded back to you in the form of the payment used to pay for the orignal order. Note for large promoitonal discounts on offer the same will apply as per a coupon.
Products not eligible for Returns
The following products are not elibible for refund, exchange or credit:
- Products marked "Sale" and/or "Deals" "On offer" "e.g 40% off"
- Products marked under Large promotional sales e.g. Black Friday Deals, two for the price of one deals
- electronic vouchers / store credits
- Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear
- Jewellery unless damaged
